Terms of Service

Last updated: October 10, 2026

This website is operated by Raw Ritual LLC (“Raw Ritual,” “we,” “us”). By visiting or purchasing from this site, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility. You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to place an order.

2. Products and pricing. We try to display products, colors, and prices accurately. Prices are in USD and may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel an order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues, with a full refund.

3. Orders and payment. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship. Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and other providers. We never see or store your full card details.

4. Shipping. Shipping times and costs are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and refunds. See our Refund Policy

6. Product use and safety. Raw Ritual products are cosmetics and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Do a patch test before first use. Stop using the product if irritation occurs. Consult a doctor if you have a skin condition, allergies, or are pregnant or nursing. Keep out of reach of children. Full ingredients are listed on each product page.

7. Intellectual property. All content on this site (text, images, logos, designs) belongs to us and may not be used without written permission.

8. User conduct. Don’t misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability. The site and products are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

11. Changes. We may update these terms at any time. The version posted on the site applies.
